Here is the Disability Bowls England newsletter for June.
A massive thank you to all our members who have being out & about during the Bowls England Bowls Big Weekend showcasing DBE, the feedback we have had so far has been great so a big pat on the back to you all. We would also like to thank all the clubs across England that made us so welcome and once again has shown “Bowls is a Sport for All”
We will putting together a collection of photos & comments from the weekend, so if you have any good ones please send to mo.monkton@disabilitybowlsengland.org.uk so we can collect them all together.
Our next big event is the Commonwealth Games “Team England” selection day on Saturday 12 June at Waddesdon Bowls Club, Aylesbury HP18 0JY so come along and support your team mates.
Disability Bowls England in partnership with Charlbury Bowls Club “Try Bowls at a special Ladies Day on Sunday 4th July 1.30 to 2.30pm during the Ladies Pairs National Championships, all are welcome to attend.
