What a journey – when I became the CWG para team manager I didn’t realise how emotional and rewarding it would be.
I am lucky to have worked with some amazing players and management team.
My aim was to help my team reach their potential. over the last 18 months together we have grown to become a strong team unit.
I thank my team for enabling me to become a better manager and a stronger person.
We have laughed together, cried together and celebrated together.
Bringing home two medals in the men’s and mixed pairs plus our table topping women feels utterly amazing and I am grateful for being given the opportunity to share the success.
Time to reflect and enjoy the moment.
