Lee Smith from Disability Bowls England on behalf of the Disability Steering Group was delighted to award the Mark to the club on the day of the friendly.

Lee said ‘It was a pleasure to award the Bowls Disability Mark to Stanley IBC. The club have worked hard to ensure they are an accessible and inclusive club. We will now be supporting them to welcome more people from the local community into the club. The sport is very inclusive so if someone has a disability, long term health condition or additional need. Please come and give Bowls a try’
